Procedure documentation  Scheduling Folders and Structures Manually Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can schedule folders with all contained structures or single structures for export with this procedure. The scheduled folders or structures are processed when the required processes are available.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

You can speed up processing by specifying a high priority.

Prerequisites

You have installed and configured the services for creating display formats (see SAP Knowledge Warehouse Installation Guidelines).

The information objects for the folder are released.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you start the consistency checks before creating the display formats. This will find inconsistencies in the folders that could result in errors when the display formats are created.
