Use
With this report you find all the items that are assigned to a certain user.
The report also finds all items for which a particular user group or role has permissions.
You can perform the following actions:
● Unlock all items that were locked by a user.
● Find all items for which a user/user group/role has permissions, and move the permissions to another user.

You can restrict the report to certain repositories or folders (including all subordinate folders). Specify all repositories and folders that are to be searched. |

The system terminates the search when it has found the corresponding number of items. |
Parameters
Parameter |
Description |
User Name |
Name of the user whose items you want to search for. If you want to search for permissions of a user group or role, enter the user group or role ID here. Select the parameter Search Permissions for Groups and Roles as Well.
You can specify multiple user names, but you can only specify one user group or role. If you enter more than one user name, separate the entries with commas. |
Search for Locks |
Finds items that were locked by the specified user. Not valid for user groups or roles. |
Search for Permissions |
Finds items for which the given user is entered in the access control list (ACL) for the item. |
Search Permissions for Groups and Roles as Well |
Finds items for which the given user group or role is entered in the access control list (ACL) for the item. |
Search for Service Permissions |
Finds objects for which the given user is entered in the access control list (ACL) for service permissions. Not valid for user groups or roles. |
Search for Properties |
Finds items in which the given user is entered in the Created By or Changed By property.
The Created By and Changed By properties cannot be changed using the report. Not valid for user groups or roles. |
Commands
Command |
Description |
Transfer |
Removes the given user from the list of permissions for the item and inserts the new user.
You can transfer permissions to a single user only. You cannot transfer permissions to roles or user groups. |
Unlock |
Removes the lock on the item. |
The following items are listed in the results of the report:
● Items created or changed by the user entered
● Items for which the user, user group, or role entered has permissions
● Items locked by the user entered
