Use

You can administer folders of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse in processing type Change with this function.

Prerequisites

You have administration authorization for the Knowledge Warehouse.

Functionality

There are the following administration tools:

Number of information objects for each status

List of the information objects contained in a folder

Checks for the consistency and context-sensitivity of the information objects

Storage of folder contents in a change request

Creation of static display formats

Data volume reduction and creation of a consistent dataset

Activities

You call the administration tools with Transaction SI81 and enter Change mode with the context.
