OLAP Command Processor

·        Added support for calculated members

·        Added support for creating composite member set expressions

·        Synchronized all methods to be thread-safe

OLAP Query API

·        Added support for SAP variables

·        Extended all classes with the "description" text field

·        Fixed a bug with all IBINumericValueFunctions. Before, a numeric expression had to be provided for all IBINumericValueFunctions; now, this numeric expression is optional.

OLAP Object Finder

·        Addressed an issue that prevented backward navigation of metadata when using IBIOlapObjectFinder

Documentation

·        Enhanced Accessing Metadata section of Developer's Guide

·        Added OLAP and relational terms to the glossary

Effects on Existing Data

There are no deprecations in the API of the BI Java SDK. There is no effect on your existing code. If you use SAP variables or calculated members, you may wish to add enhanced functionality to any applications already created with the SDK's APIs.
