Configuring Filters 
Use this screen to create or delete filters.

This is an optional step.
To add a filter
...
1. From the Field drop-down list, select the field for which to configure the filter.
¡ All fields from all the tables you selected on the Select Fields screen are displayed in the drop-down list.
2. From the Operator field, select the operator that indicates how the Field entry and the corresponding Value entry should be compared. Available operators are:

3. In the Value field, enter the value to which to compare the field.
¡ The value can be either numeric or text.
4. If you have selected is between as your operator, enter the end value for your range in the And field.
5. Click Add to transfer the filter to the filters list.

The And/Or value is not relevant for single filter entries.
To add additional filters
You may create just one filter, or you may add as many additional filters as you wish. You must specify an And/Or value for any additional filters you add. To add additional filters, follow the procedure below:
1. From the And/Or drop-down list, select values according to the table below:

2. Repeat steps 1-5 in the To Add a Filter section, above.
3. Click Add to transfer the filter to the filters list.
To delete a filter
...
1. Select an entry in the filters list.
2. Click Delete.
To continue
Once you have configured filters the way you want (or left the selections blank if you don't want to define filters), click Next.
You proceed to the Specify Sort Order screen.
