Display Archived PI Sheets and Work Instructions 

Procedure

...

       1.      Call up the archiving transaction.

The initial screen Archiving of PI Sheets and Work Instructions appears.

       2.      On the initial screen, choose the Display Archived Objects option and choose Execute.

The Display PI Sheet/Work Instructions from Archive screen appears.

       3.      Enter your selection criteria and choose Execute.

This takes you to the Overview of Archived PI Sheets/Work Instructions.

       4.      Select the desired PI sheet or work instructions and choose the Display from Archive pushbutton.

The system displays the archived object from the optical archive.
