Step 3: Select Records to Syndicate 

At this point, you are ready to execute the syndication. However, if you execute now, it is possible that all records on the current table will be included in the syndication file.

Syndicator provides two ways to narrow down the set of records included in a syndication file: searching and suppressing. These methods are the topic of Step 3.
