You can use system monitoring for the following areas:

  • To detect differences between a configuration template and the local template

  • To identify missing and conflicting objects in the following areas:

    • Client-independent Customizing (cross-client Customizing)

    • Repository

    • Number range objects

  • To identify object differences that arose through the development of new customer objects or new Customizing of a template that was already rolled out. These differences could have arisen in the following areas:

    • Client-independent Customizing (cross-client Customizing)

    • Repository

    • Number range objects

  • To identify object differences within the transport landscape of the following areas:

    • Client-independent Customizing (cross-client Customizing)

    • Repository

    • Number range objects

  • To identify object differences that arose through the distributed development of customer-defined developments across several development systems. These differences could have arisen in the following areas:

    • Client-independent Customizing (cross-client Customizing)

    • Repository

    • Number range objects

Prerequisites

You are using the SAP Landscape Transformation solution.

You have set up and saved the system environment of the analysis.

An RFC connection exists between the sender and receiver system.

You must have created a project.

You have assigned a project template to the project.

You have created a project execution plan.
