SAP Landscape Transformation
provides various solutions with which you can plan and carry out a conversion project. For this, you can use the respective project roadmaps.
You prepare a project using the portfolio and on the basis of project templates, and then process the required steps in the work center and process tree.
From the initial screen of the work center, you use the menu structure on the left of the screen to get to the materials necessary for your project:
From the portfolio view, you can access all business scenarios or the analyses. Business scenarios and analyses show you possible requirements and their associated solutions. Selecting them helps you during the transformation of your system landscape.
Project templates are based on a selection from the portfolio. They can be adapted to your own requirements and used for additional projects. SAP also makes predefined SAP templates available.
From the solution-related project templates, a specific project can be created that defines the execution plan. In this execution plan, the individual phases and steps as well as the system landscape and project members are specified.
The execution plan supports you in the planning and implementation of the technical steps of your project (for example, necessary analyses and conversions).
