This Web application lets external physicians book available time slots in Visit Scheduling from outside the hospital on the Internet or intranet.

With only a few mouse-clicks, the external physician can create an appointment booking for a patient. This appointment is automatically stored in Outpatient Clinic Management of the SAP System.

 

Example

For instance, general practitioners can book outpatient appointments for their patients in your IS-H System on the Internet.

This Internet-enabled transaction is a simplified interface as regards the scope of data entry, based on the visit scheduling transaction in IS-H Outpatient Clinic Management (transaction code NR16). The Internet application is directly linked to the IS-H System, where it books the desired provisional appointments.
