Assign Procedures and Diagnoses

Use

You can create assignments involving procedures and diagnoses. These are both for informational and statistical purposes.

Note

In Germany, for example, the statistical report IS-H: ICPM/ICD Combination Evaluation (RNLICICP ) only evaluates combinations of diagnoses and procedures which are the object of an assignment.

You can display a multilevel list of all procedures with the assigned services and diagnoses, or a multilevel list of all services with assigned procedures and the assigned diagnoses per procedure.
