Procedure documentation Creating Reminders for Medical Records Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Patient Management ® Medical Record Management ® Medical Record ® Create Reminder.

    2. The IS-H: Create Reminder for Medical Record screen appears.

  2. Enter the institution and further selection criteria if necessary.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The program selects the medical records for which reminders are to be created according to the selection criteria and outputs these in a list.

  4. From this list you can select and print reminders.

    5. If you selected Print immediat. on the selection screen, the system prints the reminders immediately.

  5. To exit the list of medical records for which reminders are to be created, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    6. You return to the selection screen.

  6. To return to the SAP Easy Access screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text again.
