Find Open Time Slots Using Advanced Search 
Use
You can search for an open time slot and create a provisional appointment or an outpatient visit from Visit Scheduling.

You can also access the search from the visit overview. Choose
Time Slot.
Features
In addition to the search criteria available in the
Standard Search, the advanced search also enables you to search for a multiappointment with different intervals between the various treatment units.Settings
You make the basic settings for the search on the Settings tab page. For more information about this, see

If you wish to use the advanced search, enter search criteria on the Advanced Search tab page.
Search Variant
If search variants are created or assigned for the user or the role to which the user is assigned, the user can choose these under Search Variant.

Search from a Given Date
In the
From field, the system proposes the date for which you called Visit Scheduling or the Visit Overview. You can change this date. Specify the start date for the search.
If the search relates to a date that occurs a given number of weeks ahead of the date specified here, enter the number of weeks in the In (...) Weeks field. The system then searches for open time slots as of the Monday after the specified number of weeks.

Other Search Criteria in the Advanced Search
In comparison to the
Standard Search, the following additional search criteria are available to you in the Advanced Search:The starting point for calculating the interval to be respected is always the end time of the previous appointment. You specify the time unit for the interval between two appointments in minutes, hours or days in the Unit field. Use the value help.
Specifications for Recurrent Treatment Units
If you are searching for open time slots for a treatment unit that recurs at regular intervals (cyclical multiappointment), make the following entries in the Recurrence Pattern for Treatment Unit group box:
