All Views

The Views dialog box appears. It lists all of the views available in the system.

New Assignment

The Create Assignment to Work Environment dialog box appears. Here you can assign a work environment to a role or a user.

Note

Only one work environment is ever assigned to each user. When users are the holder of several roles, the system always assigns them the first work environment they were assigned on a role basis by the system administrator.

Irrespective of such assignments, users can personalize their work environment. In other words, they can add, remove and modify views, folders, or forms. A personalized work environment always takes precedence over a work environment the system administrator has assigned to the user.

You can assign a work environment to several users in a single processing step. To do this, open the value help for the User field, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
