Service List

Use

The service list displays the case-related services in the form of a list. When you opt for this form of display, the same views as is the service entry table are available to you.

Features

To access the service list from the entry table, choose

.
The view shown in the service list is that which was active when you invoked the list.

The functions of the SAP List Viewer (ALV) are available for list editing in the service list. These functions let you export the list and send it with a note as an e-mail, for example.

You can set use a different service list layout for each view. The system saves your personal settings and reapplies the last setting used the next time you call the view in question. You can, however, discard the personal settings you have made and revert to the default settings. To do this, in the desired service list view choose .

System administrators can save layouts for each view that apply to all users as the default setting. To do this, in the service list choose

To revert to the SAP default settings, choose

® SAP Defaults. Take note that in doing this you delete your personal settings and those settings that apply for all users.

To return to the entry table from the service list, choose

To ensure the easy assignment of a printed service list to the case, the system prints a case header at the top of the service list.
