Use

To have a permanent overview of the number of patients for whom preregistrations or waiting list entries with a particular status exist, you can use the view type Preregistration to create specific worklists (views) in the Clinical Work Station.

Selection Screen

Besides general data pertaining to the preregistration or to the waiting list entry, such as institution, departmental organizational unit, initiating organizational unit, preregistration type and status, you can specify other selection criteria for creating views on the following tab pages:

On this tab page you can enter selection criteria for inpatient admission appointments, surgery and treatment appointments and for the treatment context status.

On this tab page you can restrict the selection with regard to waiting list entries. The following selection criteria are available to you:

– Waiting list

– Priority

– Reason for removal

– Date when patient added to waiting list

– End of waiting list absence

– Patients who are not recorded as absent

On this tab page you can restrict the selection with regard to the diagnosis texts, diagnosis and procedure codes and the diagnosis and procedure coding catalogs.

On this tab page you can restrict the selection with regard to the referral data.

On this tab page you can restrict the selection with regard to particular case types and patients who are currently being treated (for example, patients you have already admitted or discharged).

This tab page contains customer-defined fields.

You can make a selection using the date when the preregistration was created or changed.

The Business Add-In (BAdI) ISH_WP_PREREG_VIEW lets you incorporate these customer-defined fields into the preregistration dialog.
