You can set up admission variants in the EnjoySAP admission so that the system displays a list of admission appointments in the area at the right of the screen. In this list, you can select a scheduled patient, and turn the appointment into an actual admission.

This list of admission appointments contains:

• Preregistrations with provisional outpatient appointments or inpatient admission appointments
• Provisional outpatient appointments that were created using Visit Scheduling.

If when creating or changing an admission variant, you flag the Display Appointments checkbox, a list of admission appointments is displayed on the initial screen of the admission transaction.

You can turn appointments into admissions in the following ways:
