Use

You can display information relating to the transfer of CO-relevant services into Controlling.

Procedure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Patient Management ® Inpatient ® Case ® Service Entry ® Maintain.

The Maintain Services: Initial Screen appears.
  1. Enter the patient, or case number, or determine the patient using the patient index search, and then choose him or her from the patient list.

The patient’s case list appears.
  1. Select the case line, or a movement line, and then choose Choose.

The Maintain Services Basic Screen appears.
  1. Choose Goto ® CO information.

    2. A list containing the CO-relevant services and corresponding transfer information appears. The header of this list displays information on the IS-H services.

    For the system to indicate services that you have already transferred into CO and that have been modified in case-related invoice processing since being transferred, you can add the Change field at header level. The system indicates these services by displaying an alarm bell This graphic is explained in the accompanying text in the Change column.

    At item level, the system displays information on the activity types in Controlling that correspond to the services transferred.
