Procedure

  1. Call Visit Scheduling. For information on how do this, see Call Visit Scheduling.
  2. Set up an open time slot search (standard search or advanced search) by specifying the required search criteria and parameters on the Settings and Search or Advanced Search tab pages.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Search Variant.
  4. The Create Standard Time Slot Search or Advanced Time Slot Search dialog box appears.

  5. Give a name to your new search variant.
  6. Save the search variant.

Result

The system saves your search criteria as a personal search variant under the specified name.
