Flagging Organizational Units for Deletion
Prerequisites
You cannot delete organizational units (OUs) directly. Deleting OUs without first checking whether dependent objects exist would constitute a serious threat to data consistency within the IS-H System. For instance, you might delete an OU to which a case is still assigned for nursing care.
For this reason, you should block OUs you no longer want to use. Blocked organizational units can no longer be used, but existing object-to-OU assignments are retained. For more information about this see
Blocking/Unblocking Organizational Units. If you want to physically delete OUs, first set a deletion flag for the OUs to be deleted. You can then run a deletion program to delete all of the OUs flagged for deletion. At present, SAP does not support a program for deleting OUs flagged for deletion. Note that there are no restrictions on using OUs flagged for deletion.

OUs flagged for deletion are not listed in the value help.
