Use

Before you can move a block of appointments, you must first select it. The selection can extend over several days.

Procedure

Selecting Within One Day

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Patient Management ® Outpatient Clinic Management ® Outpatient Clinic ® Visit Scheduling.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Planning Object(s).

    3. The Visit Scheduling: Set View dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the data for the required outpatient clinic or service facility, and the required date, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The Outpatient Clinic Management: Visit Scheduling screen appears.

  4. Select the start of the block of appointments by positioning the cursor on the appropriate entry in the daily schedule of the planning object, and then choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  5. Select the end of the block of appointments by positioning the cursor on the appropriate entry in the daily schedule of a planning object, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The block of appointments you’ve selected is highlighted in color.

Selecting Across Several Days

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Patient Management ® Outpatient Clinic Management ® Outpatient Clinic ® Visit Scheduling.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Planning Object(s).

    3. The Visit Scheduling: Set View dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the data for the required outpatient clinic or service facility, and the required date, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. The Outpatient Clinic Management: Visit Scheduling screen appears.

  4. Select the start of the block of appointments by positioning the cursor on the appropriate entry in the daily schedule of the planning object, and then choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  5. Position the cursor on the day in the appointment overview when the end of the block of appointments should occur.
  6. Select the end of the block of appointments by positioning the cursor on the appropriate entry in the daily schedule of a planning object, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The appointments are highlighted in color both in the appointment overview and in the daily schedules of the days included in the block of appointments.
