Editing Admission Variants via Context Menu

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Patient Management ® Inpatient or Outpatient ® Movement ® Enjoy Admission ® Create.

The Maintain Patient Admission: Initial Screen appears.

You can edit admission variants via the context menu (called by clicking the right mouse button) in the right side of the screen. The following options are available to you:

Function	Procedure	What You Should Know
Display and Assign Other Variants	Position the cursor on an admission variant, and click the right mouse button. Choose More Variants. The Choose/Create Admission Variant dialog box appears. Position the cursor on the required admission variant, and choose .	The other variants you can select are those admission variants that have not yet been assigned to your user, your role, or all users.
Hide Variant	Position the cursor on an admission variant, and click the right mouse button. Choose Hide Variant.	The system suppresses the relevant admission variant from the screen without further user interaction.
Show Variant	Position the cursor on an admission variant, and click the right mouse button. Choose Show Variant.
Change Variant	Position the cursor on an admission variant, and click the right mouse button. Choose Change Variant.	Proceed as described as of step 6 in Creating Variants with SAP-Defined Subscreen Sequence and Creating Variants with User-Defined Subscreen Sequence.
Manage Variants	Position the cursor on an admission variant, and click the right mouse button. Choose Management.	For more information about this, see Managing Variants.
