Creating Variants with User-Defined Screen Sequence 
Procedure
The Maintain Patient Admission: Initial Screen appears.
The Choose/Create Admission Variant dialog box appears.
The Create Admission Variant dialog box appears.
The Create Admission Variant dialog box appears.
Give a name to the new admission variant.
If you wish to create an admission variant for inpatient admissions, set the Inpat. Admission indicator. If you wish to create and admission variant for outpatient admissions, set the Outpat. Admission indicator. If you would like to create an admission variant for inpatient and outpatient admissions, set both indicators.
If the admission variant is intended for standard admissions, do not change the Standard Admission radio button (default setting). If the admission variant is intended for quick or emergency admission procedures, set the appropriate radio button.
If you selected Quick Admission or Emerg. Admission, the system automatically sets the quick admission or emergency admission indicator for the patient and the case when you create an admission.
If you set the Display Appointments indicator, the initial screen of the admission transaction contains a list of appointments from which you can select a scheduled patient and turn the appointment into an actual admission.
Choose
Define to specify which appointments the system is to display in the list (time frame and organizational assignment, etc.).
Single-Screen Variant

The system adds the selected dialog element to the dialog structure in the left screen area.

When creating a new admission variant or when modifying an existing one, adhere to the rules governing the order of dialog elements (see
Admission Variants with User-Defined Subscreen Sequence.)Tab Page Variant
Proceed as described above for single-screen variants. In contrast to the single-screen variant, tab pages and subscreens are available to you as dialog elements for tab page variants.
Result
The admission variant you’ve just created is now available for selection in the upper left area of the EnjoySAP Admission initial screen.
