The following information on the entry of risk information applies for the country versions Singapore and Canada only. For information on entering risk factors in other country versions, see
Risk Factor Entry.Risk information is stored as patient-related data in the system. In other words, it is valid for all of the cases of a patient. Here you should store information which is important with regard to the therapy, treatment or nursing care of a patient. Risk information comprises:
The risk information you maintain for a patient is displayed in a number of functions of the IS-H System.

In the country version Singapore, these values are automatically obtained from the Ministry of Health’s NPMI database when a patient admission is created or at the start of each treatment episode. The system reports changes to these values which become known in the course of the treatment to the NPMI database when the treatment episode is complete.
Prerequisites
You can make settings pertaining to risk information in the Customizing for IS-H.

Features
In the middle part of screen, you can specify whether up to ten risk factors apply to the patient in question.
In the lower part of the screen, you can enter drug allergies.
You can enter a drug allergy more than once.

In this way, you can enter drug allergies in relation to a particular organ, for example.
