Prerequisites

You have created service forms in Customizing, and inserted the service form by means of which you want to enter the services in the overview tree of case-related service entry.

For information about creating service forms for service entry, choose Patient Accounting ® Service Entry ® Form-Based Service Entry in the IS-H Implementation Guide.

Procedure

...

       1.      On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Patient Accounting ® Service Entry ® Maintain Case-Related.

The Maintain Services: Initial Screen appears.

       2.      Enter the patient, or case number, or determine the patient using the patient index search, and then choose him or her from the patient list. The patient’s case list appears.

       3.      Select the case line, or a movement line, and then choose Choose.

The Maintain Services: Basic Screen appears.

       4.      Double-click the service form by means of which you want to enter services for the case.

The service form appears in the right group frame.

       5.      On the service form, select the services you want to enter.

       6.      To return to the entry table, double-click the view  This graphic is explained in the accompanying text All Services. The system displays the changed service data in the entry table.

       7.      Save your input.
