Recording Measurement Readings and Counter Readings via the Internet 

  1. Open your Internet Browser (for example, Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer).
  2. On the IDES Homepage select language English .
  3. Choose Business Customers.
  4. On the BusinessCustomers screen, choose Customer Services ® Measurements and Counter Readings.

    5. The Measurement & Counter Readings screen appears.

  5. Enter the following data:

  8. Choose Save. The R/3 system displays the number of the measurement document created and its contents.
  9. Choose Next to enter the next counter reading.
  10. Repeat steps 5 to 9 for the following measurement:
