Displaying the Sales Summary 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

  2. On the Sales Summary screen, choose Goto ® Variants ® Get.

    3. A dialog box appears, in which you can choose a selection variant.

  3. Double-click on the following variant:

    The data saved in this variant are adopted as selection criteria.

  4. Choose .

    5. The R/3 System displays the sales summary for the customer entered in the interval. The sales summary consists of several information blocks, which collect relevant data from various sources (customer master record, sales documents, statistics, and so on). You can branch from these blocks of information to the underlying information sources.

  5. On the Sales Summary screen, choose Infoblock.
  6. Double click on infoblock 005 Sales order information.

    7. The system displays the sales summary data starting from the selected info block.

    Note that the selected data relates to the first customer on the list (sales summary).

  7. Position your cursor on the Order block, then choose .

    8. The R/3 System displays the sales data from this customer master record.

  8. Choose .
  9. On the Sales Summary screen, choose Infoblock.
  10. Double click on infoblock 014 Document figures.

    11. The system displays the sales summary data starting from the selected info block. In the upper area of this screen, you see the various key figures for the Order document category. In the lower area of the screen, you see the last sales documents entered for this customer (Info block 015).

  11. To call up an explanation of the different fields, simply choose F1 for the desired field.
  12. In the Last SD documents block, double-click on the most recent of the orders displayed.

    13. The system branches to the selected order (in display mode).

  14. Choose View.

    15. A dialog box appears, in which you can select an information view. An information view collects together related info blocks. The standard view for the sales summary is 001 (Complete information).

  15. Choose until the overview tree appears.
