Processing and Completing the Service Notification 

Usage

The service technician who processed this call has solved the problem by telephone and now records the results.

Procedure

  1. Log on to your IDES system as user WF-SM-1 , password WELCOME .
  2. Call up the transaction as follows:

    Office ® Workplace ® Inbox ® Workflow

    Transaction Code

    SBWP; IQS2

    On the Workflow screen, you see a list of service notifications.

  4. Select the item on the list that corresponds to your notification number.
  5. Double-click on for your notification number.
  6. Choose the Tasks tab page.
  7. Position your cursor on the Task code field, then choose the F4 input help. You see a catalog selection.
  8. In the dialog box, choose task code TEL.
  9. Enter the following data:

  11. Choose .
  12. Select the task you have just created.
  13. To complete the task, choose .
  14. In the Status field, the status is now TSCO.

  15. Choose .
  16. Choose Service Notification ® Functions ® Complete.
  17. In the Complete dialog box, verify the date and time of the completion of this service notification, then choose .
  18. The system saves the data.

    The Workflow screen appears.

    The work item you have processed is no longer displayed, indicating that the work is completed.

  19. Choose .
