Users who have been assigned authorization for the operation, UI Configuration can modify and delete tabs, groups and fields until the UI is configured according to the customer's requirements.
The following procedures are carried out from the Applications Administration menu on the GDS dashboard → UI Configuration →User Tabs Configuration
1. Select the tab, that you wish to modify or delete to open the Tab Properties pane.
2. Select Edit to modify the tab (only the title is editable), or select Delete to remove it.
You can also right-click the tab to open a context menu with these options.
Deleting a tab does not delete the data in the MDM repository.
3. Reorder the groups if you wish, using the Move Up and Move Down icons.
4. Click Save Tab and then again Save in the top left hand corner when you have completed your UI configuration.
Failing to click the Save button in the top left hand corner after you have made the above modifications, results in the loss of all your changes.
Similarly, you can modify and delete groups and fields.
