Monitoring SAP R/3 MRP Alerts 

Use

You can use the Alert Monitor to monitor alerts that occur in the SAP R/3 system during the material requirements planning run. To do this, you define an R/3 alert profile.

In the Supply Chain Cockpit (SCC) the system does not show any SAP R/3 alerts.

Prerequisites

The system automatically generates a list of all SAP R/3 systems that are connected to SAP SCM. To be able to display R/3 alerts in SAP SCM, you must create a user view in the relevant SAP R/3 system.

       1.      Select an SAP R/3 system and a corresponding user view that you have defined in SAP R/3.

       2.      If required, assign the R/3 alert profile to your Overall Alert Profile and enter the period you want to evaluate.
