General QM Evaluations 

Use

You can use this function to create evaluations of quality inspections with informative graphics. You can adjust these graphics to suit your requirements.

You can export the selected data using the QM-STI interface.

Characteristics with classed recording cannot be evaluated with this function.

Features

You can use the following functions:

·        Selection of inspection lots, inspection characteristics, and inspection results

You can evaluate both current and archived data, and compare the inspection results for several characteristics.

·        Creation of table views and graphic views

You can create a variety of table views and graphic views and display these simultaneously.

·        Definition of table layouts and graphic layouts

You can use Customizing to define your own layouts for tables and graphics.

·        Determination of key figures

The system determines the suitable key figures for the tables and graphics, for example, mean value, dispersion, and Cpk value.

·        Evaluations using quality control charts

All available control chart types can be used for the selected inspection characteristic values.

·        Exporting the data and view of the external evaluations

Using the QM-STI interface, you can export the data, evaluate this data and create reports on it in external applications, and then import the graphics and key figures.
