Real Estate Management (RE)

A listing of records related to postings.

Planned records are generated in the cash flow for conditions for postings that have not yet been generated.

These planned records generate postings in Financial Accounting (FI) when the debit position is run. This converts the planned records into actual records.

The following applications use cash flow:

• Lease-out
• Rental unit (for vacancy)
• Management contract (periodic fees)
• General contract
