In India, a tax return for income tax deducted at source (or "withholding tax").

You file TDS returns with the Income Tax Department. The return contains details of TDS that you have deposited at a bank.

For TDS on payments other than salaries, you use the electronic form 26Q for residents and form 27Q for non-residents.
