Movement Destination
Determination
When a movement activity is created, the system proposes the destination location. You can either accept this proposal, or override the system and enter your own destination location.
The system determines the destination location of a movement activity as follows:
|
Vehicle Location |
Situation |
System Determined Destination |
|
Checkpoint |
Door has been scheduled for vehicle and planned start time of scheduling activity has not yet arrived |
... 1. One of the least crowded parking spaces from the parking space location group related to the relevant door location group (as defined in Customizing for Logistics Execution ® Yard Management ® Location Determination and Scheduling ® Define Location Group Relationships) 2. One of the least crowded parking spaces defined for the yard (in Customizing for Logistics Execution ® Yard Management ® Yard Map ® Define Yard Locations) if no door location group - parking space location group relationship has been defined |

For more information, see Add-Ins.
