Editing Entry Documents
This procedure describes how you create and change an entry document.
In order for you to be able to create an entry document, you must have created the corresponding waste and waste generator in the Waste Management basic data or master data.
...
1. In the Waste Management menu, choose Disposal Processing ® Edit Entry Documents.
The Choose Entry Document Category dialog box appears.

This dialog box only appears the first time that you access disposal processing after you have logged on to the SAP System. The next time you access disposal processing, the system automatically uses the entry document category that you chose last time.

If you mainly display and edit entry documents of one entry document category, you can predefine this entry document category in your user profile.
2. Choose the entry document category of the entry documents that you want to create or change, and confirm your choice.
The Disposal Processing Change screen appears.
3.
Choose
with the quick info Create.
4. Enter data as required and if necessary execute the following procedures:
¡ Assigning Additional Waste Management Business Partners
¡ Entering Account Assignment Objects

When you enter a unit of measure in the entry document, note that this unit of measure may have to be converted into a uniform unit of measure for reports such as waste life-cycle analyses.
5. Save your entries.
You must enter at least the waste generator and waste for each entry document. When you enter a waste generation, the corresponding waste generator and waste are transferred from the master data (see Resultsection).

If you frequently create entry documents with similar or identical data, you can also copy existing entry documents.
...
3.
Enter the
search criteria for the entry documents that you want to change (see Searching for Entry
Documents), and choose
with
the quick info Hit List.
The entry documents that correspond to the search criteria are displayed under Doc. overview.

A value is only transferred if the field is empty, in other words if no value has been entered in the entry document.

A value is not subsequently transferred to existing entry documents, in other words the value must exist in the specified place (master data, Customizing, entry tool, or material master) when you create the entry document. Likewise, values that have subsequently been changed in the places specified are not subsequently read and are therefore not updated in the entry document.
If the entry document contains a plant and a storage location, a message appears informing you that the entry document still has to be posted.
