Procedure documentation Creating a Standard Commission Contract Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You must have authorization for Customizing maintenance. If necessary, contact your system administrator.

Procedure

There are two ways of accessing the maintenance screen for creating standard commission contracts.

-          Either choose the following path in Customizing: Commissions ® Basic and Master Data ® Standard Commission Contract à Create Standard Contracts and Assign Standard Agreements

-          Or choose the following path in the Commissions management screen: Master Data à Maintain Standard Contract.

1.       Choose New Entries.

2.       In the next screen, name the new standard commission contract.

3.       Select the new entry and double-click Standard Commission Contract Active Versions.

4.       Choose New Entries and enter the commission contract type, the exclusion indicator for subsequent processes (Exl:su.pr), the effective validity dates and the name of the standard commission contract.

5.       Choose Enter.

6.       Select the new standard commission contract and double-click Standard Commission Contract Elements Active Versions.

7.       Choose New Entries and assign the correct standard agreements for the agreement categories (AgCa) you require.

8.       Save your entries.

Result

You have created a new standard commission contract.
