Processing Guarantee Agreements 

Use

In this section, you specify the guarantee agreements.

A commission contract partner is given a guarantee commitment, for example when he/she joins the company. (Employees undergoing training do not receive such a guarantee). These commitments can be limited in time.

You can create multiple rules for each remuneration type, but there must be no time overlap.

Prerequisites

You have maintained the standard guarantee agreements in Customizing.

Procedure

       1.      Assign sequential numbers for the guarantee rules.
Each number can only be allocated once per contract.

       2.      Enter the period of time during which the guarantee payments are to be made.

       3.      Enter the guarantee amount. This amount must be between the minimum and maximum amount maintained in the standard agreement. In addition, you need to have quantifying authorization for this amount.
