Analyzer Information System 

Use

If you have the authorization in authorization object T_RDB_CVKF, you are able to display the key figures posted on the results database by choosing Information System ® Analyzer Information System. When you use this transaction, the system also checks your authorization for the characteristic value and key figure combination you are using.

Based on the initial layout defined (Tools ® Results Database ® Define Initial Layout), the key figures of the respective procedure are displayed. In the upper part of the screen, the key figures are listed on the basis of the portfolio hierarchy, and the lower part of the screen contains information about each key figure. Since the data is displayed in the ABAP List Viewer, you can use the options provided by this tool to adjust the display. You can use these additional functions:

 

Pushbutton	Description
Portfolio Hierarchy in Full Screen Mode	The portfolio hierarchy is displayed in the full screen
Detail View in Full Screen Mode	Displays the tab pages Single Records (financial objects per portfolio hierarchy node), Risk Hierarchy (profit and loss, or simulated scenarios per risk hierarchy node) and Maturity Band, plus the portfolio hierarchy, in the lower part of the screen
Selections	Displays the selection criteria
Historical Trend	You can enter dates to makes an historical comparison of data records from the database
Calculation Bases	Displays the data upon which the calculation was based
Calculation Log	Displays the log of the calculation process
Key Figure Attributes	Displays the attributes of the key figures
Choose Key Date	You can use this to change the date whose data you want to analyze
