Process documentation GM-GTE Customizing: Integration Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

Grants Management – Grantee (GM-GTE) is integrated with certain other functions in the SAP system. Some customizing work is required before you can make use of this facility.

Process Flow

·        Activate Integration with Position Budgeting and Control

If there is a business need to integrate Position Budgeting and Control (PBC) with GM-GTE, activate this flag. This ensures that the time slices defined for a grant in GM-GTE coincide with the first day of the fiscal period that PBC uses to create the commitments to encumber budget for HR costs.

·        BAdI: Integration with Records Management

Run this Business Add-In (BAdI) as part of Records Management configuration. For details of additional configuration work, see Grants Management Integration with Records Management.
