Closing of Measurement Projects
With this process you can carry out the activities required to close and release a measurement project.
The process generally includes the following phases:
...
1. Checking and releasing the log sheets
2. Entering the data to close the measurement project and release the project
3. Generating the required documents (see Measurement Project Reports)
The measurement project is closed. You can then carry out the following activities, for example:
· Evaluate the project data, for example, display the analysis values (see Reporting for Measurement Management)
· Reset the project to an initial status (see Status Editing for Measurement Projects, “Features” section)
· Determine follow-on measurements or control measurements for the future or that are overdue using the report program List Monitoring Dates (see Reporting for Measurement Management)
· If reference values are exceeded, initiate measures to counter this and, if necessary, create a follow-on project when the corrective safety measures have been completed with which you can track their success
