Defining Settings for the Web User Interface 
Use
For the solution of complex engineering task, you need specialized product information. Personal settings enable context-sensitive access to product information. You can adapt the scope of data and the layout of Web pages to best fit the actual processing situation. These settings are stored for each user on the Web Application Server (WAS).

These settings are made on the Web user interface of the product designer. You can call them from any Web page, such as the

If an iPPE object is subordinate to several iPPE objects, the path upwards is ambiguous. In this case, the Structure navigation area shows any higher-level object as an example of the upwards hierarchy.
