Mandatory Social Insurance (Infotype 0400) 

Definition

The 0400 infotype must exist for all employees, which contains the information required for the calculation of both the employee and company Mandatory Social Insurance (SSO) contributions.

Structure

The fields of infotype 0400 are ordered into groups of logical fields. Note the following:

The Risk Code field contains the code assigned according to the personnel area and subarea the employee belongs to. However, this code can be modified for those employees considered an exception. In this case, the field Assoc. Risk will take the value “E”.

The Co. SSO Cont. and Empl.SSO Deduct. fields depend on the risk code associated with the employee. These fields contain the percentage applied to the employee’s basic wage to calculate the company contribution and the employee tax deduction for Social Insurance (SSO), respectively.
