Procedure documentation Personalizing the Workbench Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can save your own Recipe Workbench preferences. The system saves the following Workbench settings for each user:

·        General settings (for example, saving the sort criteria in the navigation area)

·        Layout of the columns in the navigation area

·        Favorites

Prerequisites

You have defined the layouts in Customizing for the Workbench (see Customizing for Recipe Management, IMG section Workbench, activity Define Layouts).

Procedure

...

       1.      Launch the Recipe Workbench

       2.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info Personalization

       3.      Specify whether you want the system to save the column settings and structure layouts when you exit the Workbench

       4.      Choose the operating mode for entering the Workbench

       5.      Choose the columns for each object category. You can change the column sequence with the sequence number. You can also specify the column width.

       6.      Choose the folder contents that are to be saved to the Favorites database when you exit the Workbench

Procedure for Selecting Structure Layouts

...

       1.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Recipe in the navigation area using the secondary mouse button.

       2.      Choose Change Structure Layout in the context menu.

       3.      Choose the structure layout you wish to use and confirm your choice.

Result

Your personal settings are automatically saved and are available again the next time you start the Workbench.

The structure layout you chose will be available the next time you start the Recipe Workbench if you specified when personalizing the Workbench that the structure layouts are to be saved when exiting the Workbench.
