INTRASTAT Declaration (Diskette) 

Use

To fulfill EU requirements, companies in the UK have to complete an INTRASTAT declaration and submit it to the UK authorities. The requirements of Intrastat are similar in all EU member states, but the reporting differs. In the UK, you can submit the Intrastat declaration either on paper or on diskette. You use the INTRASTAT: CUSDEC/INSTAT – Great Britain (RVEXCUGB) report to send the Intrastat data by EDI or diskette.

Prerequisites

You first have to run the standard reports INTRASTAT: Data Selection: Arrivals – EU Countries (RMIMST00) and INTRASTAT: Select Data for Dispatch – EU Countries (RVEXST00) to fill the VEIAV worklist, from which data is selected, for the required time period.

Features

The INTRASTAT: CUSDEC/INSTAT – Great Britain (RVEXCUGB) report selects data from the VEIAU worklist, on the basis of selection criteria, and creates the Intrastat declaration in the EDI format CUSDEC/INSTAT (an EDIFACT standard) on the data carrier diskette. It also issues selection logs.
