Formula

SAP system uses the following formula to calculate the annual bonus proportion:

(Daily wage * Annual bonus days) * Worked days * LFACT factor

Settings

The annual bonus days are taken from the settings in the Implementation Guide, in section Payroll Mexico ® Special payments ® Annual bonus ® Establish annual bonus to be paid according to seniority.

The TDIAN constant value establishes the days of the year. To do so, see the Implementation Guide, section Payroll Mexico ® Global Settings ® Payroll organization ® Establish number of days per year.

The LFACT rounding factor can also be displayed and modified using the Implementation Guide, section Payroll Mexico ® Special payments ® Termination ® Constants ® Determine factor exactness for termination
