Process documentation Off-cycle before Regular Payroll Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Process

If when you define the wage type for the S.A.C. calculation it has been set that it has to be calculated through an off-cycle payroll and it takes place before the regular payroll, when the regular payroll is run, the system:

       1.      Calculates the Annual extra payment.

       2.      Compares this result with the result produced by the S.A.C. off-cycle payroll.

This comparison is carried out in order to:

recognize changes that may eventually have occurred in the period between the two calculations, and to

Include the last regular payroll in the largest remuneration of the term.

...

                            a.      If the result of both calculations is the same, use this result.

                            b.      If the results are different, compare and store the difference in the S.A.C. payment difference wage type (/S06).

Note

If, when you carry out the regular payroll, the off-cycle payroll has not been executed to calculate the Annual Statutory Bonus (S.A.C.), the regular payroll issues a message warning that the S.A.C. should have been calculated previously using an off-cycle payroll

If you execute the S.A.C. off-cycle payroll before the regular payroll, this S.A.C. off-cycle payroll does not calculate the S.A.C. provisions. In this case, these are calculated using the function contained in the regular payroll process.
