You enter both regular and irregular remuneration taken into account in the Annual Statutory Bonus (SAC) calculation in the system using the Implementation Guide, in section Payroll ® SAC ® Define remunerations cumulation for SAC.

The system determines the optimum remuneration for the half year and stores it in the wage type Optimum Remuneration for SAC (/S03).

If you want to use an optimum remuneration other than that which the standard system would calculate to calculate SAC, you must do the following:

• If you want to calculate SAC using an off-cycle payroll, enter the wage type Optimum Forced SAC Remuneration (/S11) with the desired quantity in the infotype Additional Payments Off-cycle Payroll (0267).
• If you want to calculate SAC using a regular payroll, enter the wage type Optimum Forced SAC Remuneration (/S11) in the Additional Payments infotype (0015)

The system uses the quantity you entered as the optimum remuneration for calculating SAC.
