Use

You have the option of including the fields in the additional dangerous goods document table DGMSD in the incompleteness control for sales and shipping documents. This allows you to specify whether a document can be saved or further processed if not all required data is entered.

Note

In template and one-time material processing, the data you entered is saved in the additional dangerous goods document table DGMSD together with the SD document; the original template material dangerous goods master record thus remains unchanged and can be used again.

Procedure

  1. Edit the following IMG activity in Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management:

Dangerous Goods Checks and Dangerous Goods Documents/EDI ® Dangerous Goods Checks ® Incompleteness Control for SD Documents ® Specify Incompleteness Procedures
  1. Choose one of the following incompleteness groups:
  1. Choose one of the proposed incompleteness procedures.
  1. In the Fields view under Scr. enter one of the following values (function codes):
  1. Choose the status group individually.
