List of Retail-Specific Archiving Objects 

Use

The Retail-specific archiving objects are assigned to components LO and MM. All archiving objects with names beginning with “W” have been developed for SAP Retail. Object MM_MATNR, which is also used for archiving material master records in non-Retail systems, has been extended for SAP Retail.

Notes:

·        WRECH, WBU, WCI, WREG, WZR, WLF, WSI

You will only need these objects if you use Agency Business. Archiving objects WCI, WREG, WZR and WLF are also used for subsequent settlement. If you use subsequent settlement, refer to SAP Note 180434 (Release 3.0D – 4.5B), which activates additional checks for the archiving of documents that are relevant for settlement (for example, purchase orders, vendor billing documents).

·        WS_ACSITE

Site master records generally have a long lifetime. Their data volume is relatively small compared to, for example, article master data and material documents. They therefore do not normally need to be archived very frequently.

·        W_PROME, W_PROMO_AD

The object WPROMO_AD is an enhanced version of object W_PROMO. If you have activated the Retail business function set, you must use object W_PROMO_AD.

·        WTADDI, W_VKAB

These documents do not generally have a very large volume of data. You will only need object WTADDI if you use additionals.
