Background documentation System Landscape Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Service Parts Management (SPM) requires a complex system landscape and a seamless flow of information between each component in the landscape. To run SPM, your system landscape must consist of the following systems:

·        SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM)

·        SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)

¡        SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (SAP APO)

¡        SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM)

¡        SAP Inventory Collaboration Hub (SAP ICH)

·        SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS)

·        SAP NetWeaver with the following usage types:

¡        Enterprise Portal (EP)

¡        Business Intelligence (BI)

¡        Process Integration (PI)

Note

You need one instance of each of the above systems but you can connect multiple instances of SAP EWM for your warehouses.
